    Default Double or Nothing's

basically this kind of hand seems to turn up regular and get me in two minds what to do, any opinions welcome cheers.

    i have 2700 chips 6 left from 10, top 5 double money.
    blinds 150/300
im on button with 10 10
bb has 1000 chips left after his blind
another player that is on bb in 2 hands has 1000 left too

do i a) PUSH b) FOLD and leave the two short stacks alone hoping someone else will do the business. after all im kinda healthy in the grand scheme of things with only one left to the money. obv if i get called and lose im right in the shit.

same question applies to finding urself in the SB with an Ax or something u imagine likely to better the BB (same chips situation, kind of comfortable facing a shorty). im on a good run but am unsure to whether im taking too many chances sometimes instead of sitting tight.

it's much better to post a hand. The stacks of everyone are very relevant.

In any SNG, but especially in a DoN, everyone's stack is important as the bubble gets closer, not just yours. In your TT post you didn't tell us what the SB's stack is, which is VERY important since that's the amount you're risking when you shove. The other stacks are also important.

I played a lot of DONs before. The way you describe it I wouldnt put them all in.
You can still suckout and then you got 1700 chips instead of 2700. THe thing I usualy did is taking blinds from big stacks. They didnt want risk anything because they are so far ahead. And one realy important thing you should do is check how many tables they are playing and if they have a wide range or just waiting for Aces. I used to mark those people when ever I foind them and just picked up their blinds.

Hope its any help to you

drmc - sorry ur right im with u now.
adii and maximi - cheers for advice i think fold would have been best. i actually did push and he called with JJ! i rivered a 10 to get me out of jail, kinda funny when i've been seriously grumbling about bad beats in my previous posts.

ps i like the checking if multi tabling i'll def use that one

The chips you are going to win mean nothing in a DON. The chips you stand to lose .... now they've worth something.
