I always wind down before I go to bed, doesn't matter what I've done during the day. I could never play a day of poker and then go to bed right after.

I have to wind down before even attempting sleep. Even so, sometimes when I've played far too many hands and tables that night, I will still be playing in my dreams and feeling my mouse finger pulsating with every decision.

Depends on how much I lost or won... cause if i lose big or win big... i find it hard to sleep especially when I won big cause I keep thinking what I'll do with the money on the next day...

my latest trick is Law and Order CI. It is not very good but keeps my attention in the beginning, but less and less until the end, so there is a great chance I will drift off.

Depends on the stakes and how excited I was. Melatonin helps with sleep though.

You should watch something terribly boring after a pokersession , so boring that it want to makes you sleep immediately!
