I had good pot odds and selected to call preflop, I hit the flop pretty strong so I went for the C-R, once villian called I think draws are part of his range, so I decided to bet the turn because it is the only option to get value for him if he has a draw (assuming he will miss it on the river)

I tried to steal with a weak hand and hit a relatively good flop. The main goal of the raise on the flop was to get a free card on the turn. Villian's bet size was also very strange so I thought there is a chance he has a low-mid PP and I can take the pot with the raise

Given that the BB is almost AI I did not think I will get much resistance from the players left after me, and even if they call the hand will probably get checked, and I have a better then average hand vs the BB. If I had less chips I would have folded here, but with my stack I can take the small risk

I actually thought a bit before I raised this one, I raised the previous two hands so there is a decent chance I will get action now, and I dont have position, so before I raised I asked myself if I am willing to call a push by the small stack.

Posting on my phone while I wait for my plane, so limited char count means only a couple of hands per post.

I think you can pass preflop in hands one and two, but it's close enough. Postflop is good

Same could be said about hand 3. I like 4&5 as played. 6 seems spewy without a history against this opponent. With history/reads, I can see it, I guess. Still not sure it's optimal at $16s

I'm pretty happy with everything else, except 18 & the A5 hand. 18 is better as a raise/push or as a fold. The short stack will provide extra FE for you if you use it and for your opponent if you dont

Finally, in the A5 hand, I think shoving is an overbet against this tight of an opponent. I like bet+fold, believe it or not, as I think you're in BAD shape any time he comes along or shoves over you

    Hand3 - I agree it should be a fold
hand6: Do u mean preflop, postflop or both?

I often limp the 1st hand in situations like this to see how villian reacts to it, however Iagree a raise is probably better here

agreed, I shove have standard raised here vs this opponent

6: Mostly preflop. You do have a fair amount of FE against his range post, and likely get the free card you're hoping for when he happens to have a good enough hand to call and/or is stubborn with the mid pp or w/e.

I do this too, a lot, in a generic spot. Stack sizes are the reason it's sub-par here though.

Preflop: limpers in MP are way too often lo-mid PP or mid SC, who call PFR and fold when they miss, If its possible to absorb the chip loss of the times they hit I think this kind of move is often profitable

    BTW Thanks for reviewing it

Yeah, I dislike it a lot less on a second viewing (double negative FTW...I like it a lot more...in fact, I like it A LOT more, since I think plays like this might be the key to pwning regs here and at the next level or two).

Glad to do it; gave me something to occupy my time while I waited.
