    Default $6 stt aqo

My standard play in these situations is to just shove but would making a standard raise or even folding be a better option.

Mine too. Not sure if a smaller raise is more optimal though. Never folding here.

Folding is bad. Raise to ~400 then call some people's jams and fold to some people's jams (depending on your reads).

Generally I just shove here as well, they have pretty awkward SS If 12 bb is calling 400 he'll probably call a shove, And if 17 bb calls the pot will 1050 and he'll have a around 1300 I think you'll see him shove a lot of flops. But it's close for me.

Rarely at this level do i see ppl limp shove but they do frequently limp call raises.

FWIW, I am not just thinking about jams from the people that limped.

We definitely want limp/calls in this spot. Super profitable spot for us.

Why is raising here better than shoving?

One reason I like raising rather than shoving is that I give myself the chance to fold if someone makes it obvious I'm crushed. If one of the blinds jams over my raise, then I'm folding unless I have a read.

I also like raising because SnG players are terrible post flop and I want value from my hand. The 2nd limper has a decent stack but his limping range is likely weak and a jam is just gonna blow him out of the pot. Getting him to call with his bad hand OOP seems good to me.
