1) standard call
2) he is giving you correct odds to catch your 10 outs, but your are an underdog and there is no reason to take big risks in MTTs. I would fold here.
3) No need to risk your tournamnet life on a coinflip at bebst, fold.
4) Call/Shove

H1: Given history of SB I would have a hard time folding. Either your crushing villain or villain knows they have a loose image and shoved to get called light IMO.

H2: This is kind of gross spot if villain has air. If he was more aggressive I'd peel a turn but you dont want to catch and not get action.

H3: I think this is standard and I fold.

H4: If she is a decent player she knows she cant raise and fold to a re-raise. You only have to be a 44% favourite to make this call. Even if villain is only pushing top 5% your still +EV. Although, said range is probably WAY to tight.
