Default TPTK vs PSB on innocuous river

Villain is reggy (20/18/5.5 over 50 hands, average reggy agression factors postflop albeit small sample)

Given we're under-repped, do you want to call the river?

    SB: $13.35 (133.5 bb)
    Hero (BTN): $34.26 (342.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with K A
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, SB raises to $1, BB folds, Hero calls $0.70

    Flop: ($2.10) J 7 6 (2 players)
    SB checks, Hero checks

    Turn: ($2.10) A (2 players)
SB bets $1.42, Hero calls $1.42

    River: ($4.94) 3 (2 players)
    SB bets $4.24

I'd put villain on a range for each street. I'd say more, but I don't want to influence your own conclusions.

    Preflop: 88+, ATs+, KTs+, QJs, AQo, KQo

Flop: I think he always bets his overpairs and TPGK/TPTK but can check everything else at least sometimes. So he can check 88-JJ, ATs, AQs, AKs, KTs, KQs, QJs, AQo, KQo

Turn: He probably check his weaker jacks and other hands with showdown value again, so he's betting nutted stuff, top pair hands, club draws and gutshots, plus stabbing with some of his air. Let's say he's betting JJ, ATs, AQs, AKs, KTs, KQcc, QJcc, and half of his AQo and KQo. That means he's checking 88-TT, KQss(not cc), QJss(not cc), half his AQo and half his KQo. He's betting 36 combos and checking 35.

I think he bombs the river with nutted stuff, TPTK and half of his missed club draws and gutters. That means he bets JJ(3), AK(6) for value, and since he bet 36 combos on the turn that leaves another 27, none of which made it on the river, so he bluffs about 13 combos and bets 9 for value. Ignoring the chops, I get beat by 3 combos and beat 13, so it's a clear call.

    I don't call....

I SNAP call. I mean... how can you fold this?
