Default Raise rivered straight for value on paired flush board vs fishy player?

This is Bovada 10 nl. The hand is from about a week ago.

Obv villain is fishy. The flop action makes that clear. If he is fishy I think he'll call a river shove with a wide range.

Should we shove for value otr? Would you play the hand differently? Thx.

Nah I don't like raising, just because his flop bet is so small. It screams flush draw. I see fish all the time making pussy bets with flush draws on the flop (they don't want folds, they want to build a pot and hit). Sure it could be Ax and he's gonna have a hard time folding, but personally I think he has a flush too often to raise here. I'm just calling.

Naah just call, you'd be over-repping to raise here.

Agree with Ong, flop bet screams flush draw that got there on the turn.
