Shove pre or just call his 3bet IP imo...
Calling a 5bet puts you in a terrible spot with only a 1/2 stack left

I would think about folding to the 5-bet as played, but would make my 4-bet bigger. I wouldn't just call the 3-bet because the CO might come along and he's got position.

yeah...i was considering a fold to the 5bet also.. how big would you have made your 4bet?

    Your 4bet size is fine.
Calling the 3bet gives the CO a chance to come along but his stats look kinda nitty so he's prob very straightforward postflop and you should be at the top of his 3bet cold call range. If he had something very good, he prob would have 3bet you to begin with.

I'm thinking, don't overvalue AK preflop.

Ship it pre if you're going to 4b. I don't understand the call at all. You weren't thinking of putting in half your stack only to fold on a flop were you?

^ nope, hero folds or shoves. After 4betting smaller.

Why we'd ever want to 4-bet/fold here is just baffling to me. I'd imagine 4-betting this spot is just bad. Call or fold preflop IMO.

thats a really difficult spot, dont like calling with ak

the raise to 25bbs just commits you to the pot, and minimizes the fold equity

think its better to get it in pre flop
