    Default (2nl) Kd3c in SB , ss'd , and a simple steal goes crazy..

    Winning Poker Network (Yatahay) - $0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 4 players
    Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

    CO: $2.69 (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: -, Hands: 1)
    BTN: $0.49 (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: -, Hands: 1)
    Hero (SB): $1.01
    BB: $1.19 (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: -, Hands: 1)

    Hero posts SB $0.01, BB posts BB $0.02

    Pre Flop: (pot: $0.03) Hero has 3 K

    fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.06, BB calls $0.04

    Flop: ($0.12, 2 players) 9 A 7
    Hero checks, BB bets $0.04, Hero raises to $0.16, BB raises to $0.40, ???

    I jumped onto this table after placing in the cardschat freeroll on ACR last night. My other dollar is stuck at a table I left so that's why I'm ss'd.

    Anyway I get called pre, no biggy except when the flop mon's out, I decide to c/r , well i don't expect to get much action if another diamond comes anyway right? i didn't expect the crazy playback, should i just 4b GII here ss'd? nothing on villain doesn't seem like he 3b's a mono flop with tp or 2p for protection after I raise does it. kinda seems like he's already got his flush doesn't it

    Ugh so your roll is two dollars.

    Why are you playing short handed poker? Why are you playing K3o short stacked with literally half your roll on one table?

    Nit it the fuck up on a full ring table until you double or bust.

    I would shove the flop because I'm feeling reckless with my last dollar and it's shit or get off the pan time.

    If I were playing properly, I'd fold because our implied odds are shit and our fold equity is somewhere in the region of zero.

    FPS imo. Just bet the flop. I would fold now cause you have no fold equity imo.

    Well just poker stove your particular hand vs what you perceive to be his calling range after playing this way. Then you can calculate how often you need him to fold if you jam to see if jamming makes sense.

    43,560 games 0.034 secs 1,281,176 games/sec

    Board: 9d Ad 7d
    Dead:

    equity win tie pots won pots tied
    Hand 0: 31.820% 31.82% 00.00% 13861 0.00 { Kd3c }
    Hand 1: 68.180% 68.18% 00.00% 29699 0.00 { 99, 77, A9s, A7s, QdJd, QdTd, Qd8d, JdTd, 97s, 6d5d, 6d4d, 4d3d, AcQd, AhQd, AsQd, AcJd, A9o, A7o, 97o }

    So everytime you get all-in you're losing 36% pretty much (68-32%).

    there's 0.68 dead money in the pot, if you jammed you'd be risking 0.79*0.36 = 0.2844.

    So you need him to fold (0.2844)/(0.2844+0.68) = 0.294 -> 29.4% of the time.

    he needs to fold around 29.4% of the time, and given his sizing there's no way he's folding that often. Maybe around 5-10%, if that.

    (Edited above - messed up stove first time, didn't put in the board!)

    Renton said a great thing ( in my opinion) some while Back : " when OOP, If You are willing to call a bet, then it's better to bet yourself". This applyes to a lot of your posted hands, not just this.
    All posts are just my own opinion about a hand or a general situation... not advices on how you should play...

    This is a bit different cause he's still the aggressor (c/r) and not just c/c. But yes in general I agree with that.

    Yes, after BB 3bet its an obvius play in my game. Just saying that in this spot b/f is better EV then c/r/f, as i see IT.

    If your bankroll is $2 seems better to wait for better spot to bet. Besides that there are a lot of bad players at that stake and if you push, chances are he's going to call. I would fold preflop.

    I still think about this from renton sometimes when deciding whether to b/f or c/c.
