okay guys, villain 3b me , i think my call is fine. any disagree
his bb v sb 3b is probably a little higher than 10%, maybe with a couple Axo bluffs so im making his range:77+,A8s+,KTs+,QTs+,JTs,ATo+,A5o-A4o,KJo+

OTF: honestly, i think i forgot he 3b so i bet the flop. thoughts. vs this range we are 57%

OTT:maybe i should have kept firing, but are we always calling here? i did call, but wanna here from you guys

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J J

fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, BB raises to 9 BB, Hero calls 6 BB

    Flop: (18 BB, 2 players) 7 K 4
Hero bets 8.5 BB, BB calls 8.5 BB

    Turn: (35 BB, 2 players) 8
Hero checks, BB bets 17 BB,????

    then river gets interesting

Villain seems kind of LAG so he would be capable of floating you the turn with stuff like AQ/AJ/AT/flush draw/etc. Plus as you donked vs him he might call a bit lighter compared to you 3betting and then cbetting.
As played I would call turn. Then river would depend on the card and his sizing.

Weld - please address the thread in beginner's forum regarding the funds.

It will be hard for your threads to get much feedback until that issue is closed imo.

I'll respond to this hand once that matter is resolved.

i don't like checking turn after your flop lead. imo betting turn is better. and then ck-call or ck-fold on the river (depends on the river).

but as played i think you should either fold right here, or call here and call on any river but an Ace. (if you have no additional information about how your opponent plays postflop). simply because more often than not, on the river he'll checkback most of his kings (or QQ) but will bet 2pairs+ and his bluffs. and also by getting this hand to a showdown you'll get some additional info about your opponent

Just saw your post where you said he forget he had 3b, so that changes things a lot.

My advice was going to be to ask yourself why you're leading. What are you hoping will fold and what do you want to call. That being said, if you had been the aggressor this logic would still hold.

I think donking this flop will seem really weird to most ppl and so you might induce all sorts of nonsense after donking (including peeling you light). Given this assumption, I don't think c/c turn is too bad. Most ppl won't be able fire riv again and will shut down. I'd prob c/f riv after c/c turn.

As for pre-flop I think he's lagg enough that you could probably even 4b/call this off bvb. Some lagg's spew jam stuff like 88-TT in this spot. I don't mind calling either but JJ is reasonably vulnerable.
