meh ....i probably embrace variance and just shove over , we could already have the best hand , 7 outs vs his flushs and 9 outs vs his sets and he'll be doing this with loads of Kx like KQo KJo.

The only line is call and check decide river. With the As/Ks/8s out its actually pretty difficult for him to have a flush so I may be tempted to call a river shove. That said, calling to fold every non spade river is fine and definitely plus EV.

This is a very easy call and re-eval river.

Keith - shoving doesn't make much sense here. We're almost trying to bluff if we're shoving, which obviously won't work very well since he's not raise folding better on turn.
