Default 2 line checks and I’ll take a break from posting?

Sorry about the constant posts INV really trying to get better and this forum is very friendly, don’t feel like you have to analyze every hand I post , I know I’m posting many and I don’t expect anyone to put this much work into a random micro player.

I was playing very tight the player behind me was in many hands. I finally got what I consider a decent hand( let me know is it too wide when it’s not suited in this position?)i 3-bet light to check UTG’s strength and also try to push other players out of the pot. I did’nt like that BU called behind and I was in the middle now Ichecked the flop because I thought UTGs range could consist of a many aces.(also should I not try to c-bet bluff 2 players like this?i read somewhere that with a flop of 2 other players they only miss the flop 1/3 the time) AJ+ maybe AA-TT . BU range fairly wide he was playing many hands and was behind me so I played tighter. He could hold JTs+,ATs+,AQs-J9s and maybe TT-88 I thought with higher pairs he would 4-bet a light 3-bet? Turn comes 10s I make a gut shot and because they both checked the flop they seem on the weaker side so I bet. When BU calls me that’s where I got confused with his range could he do this with an Ax on a wet board? Would 9,T or TT have been a re-raise by villain ? He calls and River makes my straight . What does Villain have here ? I almost folded to the backdoor flush I swear it was 50/50

First of all, don't 3bet an UTG raise with QJo, not unless we know UTG is raising far too many hands.

We do 3bet, sizing is just about ok, so let's move on to the flop. BET THIS FLOP. I know we have queen high, but we 3bet pre flop and villain is folding anything that has missed, including Kx and low pairs. We want to take the pot now.

Turn bet is ok considering it checked through and we picked up a lot out outs, but we look a lot like KK/QQ/JJ so expect to be raised sometimes. Check-calling would be ok here too.

River, sigh I guess we're not getting away from this now. I'd bet, and I'd be calling this raise because it can be spew. We don't need to be good too often, and we beat everything except flushes. If he has a flush, take it on the chin.

But BET THIS FLOP. If you 3bet, and it's Kxx or Axx, just bet, always. If Villain bets, then it's different and we should not reflex raise. But when it comes to us with no action, we bet these flops. It smashes into our pre flop range and this is exactly the time we want to win the pot right now by forcing folds.

Same table and time as last one guy directly behind playing loose the in front playing very loose. I have been playing next to no hands so my image is strong. I 3-bet with JQs. The MP3 Jonni is open raising way too many hands. I feel like I’m losing a good chunkof my profits from c- betting too many flops, should I have c-bet here? I missed the board so I check folded . How often should I c-bet and should a refrain from multiple villains and only do so in Heads up if I miss flop?

Hand 2 is fine. We can bet the flop sometimes, repping an overpair, but just giving up on the pot is fine too. No problems here.

On the first hand can you elaborate on us not needing to be good to often? Like do you mean a lot of his ranges we beat? Besides flush obv. What could he have here?He ends up showing QJs for a straight flush which was disgusting . I almost folded the river because when I raised and he re raised me I figured only better would do that and river completed that. Now that I’m thinking about it he could have held QJo or QJs no spades for a lot more combos which he would’ve played the same I presume?Pre flop I don’t think he’s calling 77-22 , the check on the flop and call on the turn seems like a weaker hand than Ax that discounts a possible AJs or maybe he’s not sure if he’s out kicked?TT-99 would expect a re-raise on the turn card creating drawsand any pocket pair below would fold to the turn bet.So he’s holding like KQs,KJs,KTs,QJ,QTs,JJ,JTs,? He could hold JJ and didn’t want to raise me preflop and is afraid of the Ace.What else could he have been holding is this his entire range on the turn?

BU Preflop Range after my 3-bet call: JJ-99,AQs-ATs,KTs+,QTs+,J9s+,QJ

BU range after check on flop: JJ-99,AJs,ATs,KTs+,QTs+,J9s+,QJ
    - AQ wouldve bet flop?

BU range after Turn Call: JJ,AJs,KTs+QTs,J9s+.QJ
he would probrably raise AT,TT,99, because of straight and flush draw possibilities. discount:88-22,

whats his all in range on the river, hands I beat versus hands I lose too?

I put this info into Equilab and got an equity of 84%.

If he has 15% equity versus my hand that means

84:15= 5.6:1 or roughly 6:1 . so I need to be right 1 out of 7 times to be profitable?

Edit* 1 out of 6 times not 7 im still learning how to convert everything

I meant purely from a pot odds pov. We're facing (aprox) 50c raise into what's now a $2.50 pot... we only need to win the pot 20% of the time to break even. He obviously has flushes in his range, but what else? QJ for sure, maybe AT KT K9, who knows? It's 2nl and people do crazy things, like shove 2pr at river when they should just call. And it's not a problem when he has QJ, we still make money from the call. Don't forget someone else put money into the pot, you're chopping that so there's direct profit. And by the river, there's a lot of dead money in the pot, We're putting 50c in to get $1.50 back, which is obviously better than folding. So chopping is fine, and it's also good because it shows that he doesn't have exclusively flushes.

His flop check could be 99 slow playing, and 55 might still call pre flop because people at these stakes don't like folding pairs pre flop. It does depend on the villain, but don't assume people are folding 22 to a 16c reraise, even when they haven't yet put any money in. So 55 could be in his range. Also, A5, A9, 9Ts, K9, KT, you can't discount these entirely. He won't have them too often, but he only needs them occasionally for us to be able to make this river call. And then there's also the non-zero chance he does this with absolute junk, because he saw a pro do it on tv. QJ is just too strong to fold in this spot, especially given the really good pot odds we have.

    total risk = 50
    total reward = (250 + 50 = ) 300
    50/300 = 1/6 ~= 16.7%
You can find any pattern you want to any level of precision you want, if you're prepared to ignore enough data.

I thought I had that wrong when I posted it, so thanks for clarifying. I always forget to factor in that we win our call back.
