Default 10nl Zoom: typical spot, turn and river play?

Assume standard TAG reg-type for this level.

I think pre- is just about okay, albeit maybe a little bit loose and 3betting could be better. Thoughts?

Turn/River: In hindsight, I think I take the worst option on turn and river here by not quite realising my showdown value really isn't that good. I think I should bet turn as we can get better to fold and follow up river if we get check/called. Getting a fold from random overs isn't a bad thing either. Agreed?

    PokerStars Zoom No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from http://www.flopturnriver.com/

    Button ($20.90)

    Hero (BB) ($10)
    UTG ($10.91)
    MP ($10.53)
    CO ($15.43)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7, 8
4 folds, SB raises to $0.30, Hero calls $0.20

    Flop: ($0.60) 7, 4, K (2 players)
SB bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40

    Turn: ($1.40) Q (2 players)

I dont think its bad for zoom. I would tend to bet turn to get value from FDs and straight draws. I mean from villians perspective hes probably raising atc bvb and will fire the flop with any hand that has any equity. Gutter,fd,oesd, bottompair, etc. I play on zone and spots like these i check so many turns only to face a river bet that i could of avoided by betting turn.

    This looks fine to me.

I think if you start blasting turn/river, it's mostly only to get him off Qxcc, which is a narrow part of his range. Just take the showdown if you're given it.

I like to raise the Flop in situations like this. Even min-raise.
    - folds out the CB bluffs who might make good
    - very unlikely to get 3bet which you can fold to cheaply if it comes
    - min-raise annoys 'regs' who often don't know what to make of it
    - room to outdraw if he calls and good chance of a check Turn giving you another chance to outdraw him (assume you're behind his calling range)

...I may be hideously wrong of course
