Default CB Bet-sizing and Healthy CB%

I'm working on continuation bets. I probably average ~80% CB rate over 50,000. I know it is ungodly high. I know I am very exploitable, but I can't find the check button. I mostly open raise or fold, so if I check the flop I fear losing pot I already invested in. Any constructive suggestions on how curb this rate downward a little.

At 2nl it probably isn't high at all.

I just saw this thread and I wrote about cbets at our stakes in another thread last night. Again, we play at some of the same tables sometimes so I'm stupid for saying this but I'll leave it at: Yes. You're extremely exploitable cbetting @ 80%. Don't aim for specific numbers, either. Study what kind of sizing works on what kind of flop textures and everything will fall into place statistically over a large sample size.

Point me in the right direction, unless it is one of my other posts, as I haven't got to them yet.
