    Default 2NL JTo in BB line check

    SB: $2.01 (100.5 bb)
    Hero (BB): $5.36 (268 bb)
    UTG: $2.85 (142.5 bb)
    MP: $7.87 (393.5 bb)
    CO: $6.23 (311.5 bb)
    BTN: $10.08 (504 bb)

    Preflop: Hero is BB with J T
    4 folds, SB raises to $0.06, Hero calls $0.04

    Flop: ($0.12) J Q 7 (2 players)
    SB checks, Hero checks

    Turn: ($0.12) J (2 players)
    SB bets $0.06, Hero calls $0.06

    River: ($0.24) 9 (2 players)
    SB checks, Hero bets $0.14, SB raises to $0.64, Hero ??

    SB is a 53/29, 15% 3b, 2/6 CB, 0/5 fold to CB over 60 hands

    Pre is it too marginal? I have position, and I should dominate a fair few of his J's and T's... probably not the greatest spot though especially given that some of my profitability has to come from him being able to fold equity when he checks and I bet postflop.

    I'm happy with the flop and turn but I'm always looking for criticism.

    I think the river is an obvious bet, he can call with all kinds of single pairs and two pairs and even counterfeited two pairs that he still thinks are two pairs. When he raises I need 1/3 equity to call. I figure I must be standing in the neighbourhood of:

    Board: QcJc7cJh9d
    Equity Win Tie
    Hero 8.33% 4.76% 3.57% { JsTh }
    SB 91.67% 88.10% 3.57% { AJs, KJs, QJs, J6s+, AcKc, AcTc, KcTc, Ac9c, Kc9c, Tc9c, Ac8c, Kc8c, Tc8c, 9c8c, Ac6c, Kc6c, 8c6c, 7c6c, Ac5c, Kc5c, 7c5c, 6c5c, Ac4c, Kc4c, Ac3c, Kc3c, Ac2c, Kc2c, AJo, KJo, QJo, J9o+ }

    Am I pretty close with this range for the river C/RAI? Or does he have some random spazz and bluffs in there?

    Thoughts?

    Well I don't think he can have worse than a flush for value when he takes this line on the river. So you definitely have a pure bluff catcher, and given that you block a lot of full houses he could have, a better than average pure bluff catcher.

    That said, I would fold and I think it's pretty much not close.

    Pre is a very easy defend by the way. You should probably be defending greater than 60 percent of cards vs a sb open from a 53/29, and JTo is like 25th percentile probably.

    I think the hand is played well. I might bet a bit more on river, but as played bet/fold.
