Default 4-bet pot vs cold calling fish.

Villain's 4th hand at the table. He's limped, is not full stacked and is certainly some kind of fish. The squeezer has an 8% 3-bet, I expect him to be fairly wide here so 4-bet what's probably close to the nut hand in my range to 4-bet bluff with. I need this to work not much more than half the time. On the flop I'm considering a few lines. It might be possible to fold out [JJ TT 99] etc by jamming using the hand as a 5 out semi bluff. Fish love to think everyone has AK especially with this preflop action. The jam needs to work a little less than half the time not taking into account my equity when called, and he could also just have hands like AQ AJ. I feel like c/f a pair with this SPR must be wrong.

    Thoughts?

(Just throwing some thoughts out there since I'm undecided on this one)

I can see him frustration-calling something like JJ here so I don't really like a shove. The thing that would make me wary of c/c is that limpers (at 25NL and lower anyway) seem to be disproportionately likely to be loose passive, so I'm not sure he would shove something like AQ.

I don't know, we probably have 20% equity against his value shove range and 80% against his air (and need 30% to call), so he needs to have air 1/6 of the time. Is that going to be true for a non loose-passive? Probably. Is it going to be true for a loose-passive? I don't know.
