Default AA in 3-bet pot. How's my line?

Villain is completely unknown but is playing 8 tables so therefore reg. I think betting 3 is just mega towning myself here assuming he 4 bets stuff like TT-QQ mostly. I like flop and turn but river is another spot where I wanna make an exploitable fold. Pretty damn near the top of my range given I probably play some TT-QQ like this. I might take this line with Kx as well though for the same reasons I check turn here.

    PokerStars - $1 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 3 players
    Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

    Hero (SB): 324.51 BB
    BB: 100 BB (VPIP: 24.33, PFR: 21.37, 3Bet Preflop: 9.13, Hands: 690)
    BTN: 101 BB (VPIP: 30.77, PFR: 15.38, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 14)

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A A

BTN raises to 2 BB, Hero raises to 7.4 BB, fold, BTN calls 5.4 BB

    Flop: (15.8 BB, 2 players) K K 2
Hero bets 9 BB, BTN calls 9 BB

    Turn: (33.8 BB, 2 players) 5
Hero checks, BTN bets 17.5 BB, Hero calls 17.5 BB

    River: (68.8 BB, 2 players) 9
Hero checks, BTN bets 67.1 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 67.1 BB

How bad is checking the flop? I usually check all hands I 3bet on this type of board, and try to get 2 streets after flop goes c/c (usually)

As played I fold, I don't think it's exploitable, as it's unlikely regs do this with 1010 - QQ OTR

Don't think checking the flop is bad at all, in fact I really like it.

I would rather triple barrel than this.

I would prefer this a lot more if there were conceivable draws on flop (two tone board, or KKT or something). Now he's playing pretty perfect because having AA even blocks his likely float hands (AQ/AJ/AT type stuff), and I doubt he's barreling a mid pair, he'd prob just take it to SD after turn.

I'm not sure what we expect to beat unless he's fully value towning with TT-QQ. I mean I agree if I played this hand like you did I'm almost never folding river, but I think barreling is much better.

I don't like this line on this board because its not a board we expect him to float on. Its a board we expect the turn to go check check like every time, which means you're basically bet/check/betting here, which I hate. You have three basic options: c/c flop and go from there (probably c/cing three streets), bet flop and turn and c/f river, or bet three streets. You could also bet two and c/c the river in some situations i guess. You're right to be a little worried about getting 3 streets of value here though.

Yeah I guess my line is just hoping that an unknown floats this flop and then blasts off with air which seems incredibly optimistic. I quite like bet bet c/f. Definitely hate bet bet bet because too many people are 4-betting TT-QQ preflop here and these hands might find a fold by the river even if he does have them. As played river call is pretty awful I think. He has a lot of Kx combos here so needs to be bluffing shitloads and yeah an unknown at 100NL usually isn't.
