    getting my swell on

    Default close river deep

villain is 26/9 over small sample. no solid reads. from my experience a lot of people in this vpip/pfr range won't stack off with a good pair. somewhat fit or fold. the only conceivable hand i could see him calling with is like QQ, that i beat. prob KQ but thats not too likely.

    Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Button ($366.65)
    Hero (SB) ($413.05)
    BB ($178.65)
    UTG ($106.10)
    MP ($240.15)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K, A
2 folds, Button bets $6, Hero raises to $22, 1 fold, Button calls $16

    Flop: ($46) 2, 8, 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $24, Button calls $24

    Turn: ($94) K (2 players)
Hero bets $68, Button calls $68

    River: ($230) J (2 players)

I could also see 99-QQ that improved to a FD on the turn taking this line. Personally I am thinking that any hand that is beating you would have raised the flop or turn so unlesss he has KJ or JJ you should be good here. Smallish value bet and fold to a raise?
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.

$110 on the river, get value from all his pairs with a heart that peeled the turn. He sounds like a str8 forward average player so it's unlikely he'll shove as a bluff, a problem you'll often face vs good ops.

    I'd 140/fold to a raise

Should we be cbetting that flop? We're basically repping an overpair on this board
