In early February, agents of the Nevada Gaming Control Board agents, raided the residence of Bitcoin online poker site "SealsWithClubs" owner Bryan Micon, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

NGCB officials issued an arrest warrant for Micon one week ago, charging the SWC operator with one count of operating an unlicensed interactive gaming system. If convicted Micon could face up to 10 years in prison and a $50,000 fine. Nevada is one of three U.S. states that currently offer licensed online poker to those within its borders. The other two are New Jersey and Delaware.

Ten days following the February 11th raid on his home, Micon released a YouTube video stating that he and his family are now in the country of Antigua. Micon also gave details about the raid on his home and promised a dot-eu version of SealsWithClubs would soon be live.
