Like last year, this event is in Sacramento again and it's been interesting up to this point.

The last panel was especially good. It looks like time has changed things - Pechanga doesn't seem to be against PokerStars quite as much as in the past (although the bad actor issue is still a sticking point). The bigger issue for Pechanga seems to be the expanding of gaming to racetracks and ADWs. This is based on the vibe I was getting from Steve Bodmer in the second panel.

Mike Gatto spoke at lunch and he wasn't optimistic saying there is only a 35% chance of passing it in 2016. That's right, he said 2016 as he thinks the chances this year are even less.
