    Default internet explorer question

I've somehow removed the bar at the bottom of the IE window that says, among other things, the address a link will take you to when you hover over it. My IE page now goes all the way down to the task bar. Any way to change it back? That's if I explained it well enough for anyone to get what I'm on about.

I'm not quite sure what you are talking about, can you explain with more details?

What version of IE are you running?

    1) In your toolbar at the top, click View. Make sure Status Bar is checked off.
    2) Get Firefox.

The only tough choice is Firefox or Chrome. I think I like Chrome better, but it doesn't support anything like NoScript and it's AdBlock-like stuff doesn't work the same/as well.

Chrome is light and quick. Firefox is robust. Just get the hell away from IE.

I'm old and even I have moved to Chrome.

I switched to chrome as well, but I had to move back to FF like 3 weeks ago, my mouse cursor slows down over the Chrome browser now. I can't find the issue.
