    Default Q1 Amaya Call

Dundee Capital Markets asked about the chances of regulation being passed in California in mid September. The question wasn't really answered.

Yeah, Baazov's response was ambiguous. PokerStars has been "on track" in New Jersey for some time now.

New Jersey online poker revenue is still declining, with WSOP.com/888 having their worst month on record. The warmer months in New Jersey are typically lower, but the trend is still worrisome.

NJ by itself is pretty small from a liquidity standpoint. If California regulates online poker and then pools players with NJ then the numbers would go up nicely.
