Default 50nl HU; turn shove semibluff? 150bb deep

villain was playing 53/39 22 agg frequency
    3betting 20, 3bet cbet 83%.
    Normal flop/turn/river cbets were 67/56/33

-looking back, I think A9o may be a pretty marginal hand to defend with, but being he was 3betting so much I thought it'd be fine (maybe a 4bet is better?)
-I call the flop because my Ace high is good some of the time and I have a backdoor straight draw
-the straightdraw gets there and I decide to shove. Thoughts?

-As far as notes on him, his river cbet was almost always value (as confirmed by stats). Other 3bet pots, he had fired pretty big on the turn, like in this hand, once i called his 3bet cbet.

What about flatting turn, jamming river when checked to if he isn't bluffing rivers.

    1) 3betting 20% isn't wide enough to want to defend a9o.

    2) Calling flop is bad because a) he can bluff you off the best hand on later streets and b) If you hit one of your outs you may be crushed.

    3) The turn I'd guess his betting range is very strong, this is just a spew all around.
