    Default Tough/Easy River spot (100NL)?

villain in BB was 20/17. quite aggro postoflop. around 300 hands.
seems to be squeeze happy (hence my call in CO to 4bet/jam his squeeze).
31 hands on UTG+1, seemed to be 16/13 but no real info on how he plays.
    My image was TAG.
Raising flop makes no sense as there are no draws apart from a gutter.
Turn bet can be, 99 or maybe xxss (but maybe it's a fold also?)
River is tough and maybe a fold because he bets 1/2 pot?
