    Finding my game
Up till 2 weeks ago I had been grinding the $11 1-table speeds at party, then moved up to $22 and a couple days ago after building my BR up to 45 buy-ins (kept that as a requirement for moving up) moved up to the $33s.

Here's some graphs of my running net totals and a summary for $11s, $22s and $33s:

Had a bit of a rough start at the $33s, but I blame mostly luck here. 4 of the "lost" ones were when I had my chips in with the better hand, can't really complain. Overall I'm surprised at how small difference there is with the skill level of the players, there are small incremental differences of course but I would have expected the jumps to be much bigger. Maybe it is the WSOP effect, but the donks sure are plentiful at the $33s and I'm quite confident I'll manage there *knocks on wood*.

    Very nice, CoccoBill.
Party SnG's have been like a bottomless moneywell for me. I am amazed somebody can consistently beat them. But I only did up to the $11 level.

Hi all, new member so may need some help here.
Not been playing long (less than a year) but my stats are not bad.
Not too sure how to get them though, I use Sharkscope, is this correct?
Anyways I'll post what I have:

All games are on Full Tilt - levels between $5 and $20

    Games played - 174
    Av. profit $3
    Av. Stake $6
    Av. ROI 40%
    Total Profit $508
I dont know how to get the stats for wins etc

Thanks mate. I know it's definitely not my mad poker skillz, so I've either been running incredibly lucky or my playing style just fits party.

    Lifetime stats on stars

    27s 3464 played 18.3% ROI 17115

    60s 5422 played 12.4% ROI 40339

    114s 3654 played 7.9% ROI 32907

    225s 862 played 5.7% ROI 11055(f them, wwwway 2 swingy for me)

I have about 4k worth of 6 max sngs also for a net of 30k. My database is 2 big now and tourney manager takes forever to load now so im going to start over. The 27s and 60s were 12-16 tables and 114s and 225s were 6-12 depending on how fast they loaded. My lifetime roi on stars is now 13.6% and it has been decreasing every month since the ban. Games are much much tougher than they were before the ban, and i think 225+ sngs are close to unbeatable (at least not higher than 4-5% longterm).

Feel free to laugh along with me... I'm definitely improving.

    SNG's Played : 288
    Buy-in: $2.00 + .25 mostly
    Site: Full Tilt Poker

    ITM: Sharkscope won't tell me
    ROI: 6% ()
    Wins: 30 (Hey that's more than 10% )
    Profit: $42

    Notes about these particular games:
I had no clue what I was doing for the first 150 or so games. Then I started reading up on stuff, posting all over the place, and taking the game more seriously.... luvin it!

Oh, I just counted from the stat sheet.

    Of my last 100 SNGs:
    ITM: 45%
    Wins: 14, 15, 16 (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
ROI: no clue, too sleepy for math

update, lost about 1% ROI with a 40BI downswing at the 114s. Sngs are getting sick tough at the higher levels. Also, most of my stats came pre poker ban, when the games were much much softer.

Between my 2 names on stars (sykedupp, christaborg), via sharkscope:

    Avg roi 16%
    Profit $8,400
    Games played: 2,050
    Avg stake: $33

Since i started keeping track with tourney manager:

    # played 64
    ROI 34%
    ITM 48%
Profit: $370 (only been playing the 15's recently)

Long ways off from trik... this is all post-ban, but the stakes are 2 low to matter.

Of course it is, you'd need to have lost money over at least 500 SNGs at this level to conclusively say you sucked.

You have yet to meet my good friend varience.

    Very Nice graph
  31. #106
Oh I've met your friend variance, took her out on several dates, and left every time feeling abused and used up.

    Games played: 5298
    Average Profit: $1
    Average stake: $5
    Average ROI: 14%
    Profit: $3773

I'm finally up to the $27 and $36 (with some $60 45's) after wonderful grinding at the $3.30 and $6.50s. After a few hundred games results look promising.

TY . there is a 50 game slide down if you look close though. You are right that I havent hit a really long streak of negative variance. I was checking out shawndeebs 180 stats... which are totally sick, and even he hit a 200-300 game downslide, althought with the volume he plays, it looks like a minor thing ( like my 50 game downslide here)

FIgured i would post updated results here since this forum has been the foundation of the little sng success i've had
    Games Played : 1870
    Average Profit : $1
    Average Stake : $5
    Average ROI : 13%
Total Profit (according to SS) $1,051
Total Profit (according to my br) $1,150
SS is off due to lots of refunded entry fee's stars has been kind enough to put back in my account due to disconnectivity.

Also won some $$$ playing drunk underrolled $100PLO jam preflop all in fests , and some $25NL here and there. None of which is in my BR because im the one all my friends come to for account $ transfers.
    Time for the $16s!!!
  34. #109
woot woot finally hit 10k profit on sharkscope , although i'm really @ somewhere like 11k profit , they miss quite a few games and i've been refunded a butt load (ty ty stars).
has been a tough struggle and i still have a pretty low roi

here's Mine. i know like 200+ sit and go's are what you need to get a proper sample im just posting what i have so far. i just copied and pasted the stats from my excel

    Buy-in: $27' and $38's
    Site: Poker Stars

    SNG Played: 58
    Total SNG Revenue: $2,862.00
    Total SNG Cost: -$1,786.00
    Total SNG Profit: $1,076.00
    SNG ITM%: 50.00%
    SNG ROI: 60.25%

Notes: All my stats that I have tracked. I can't say i had nice card run. cause most of my SnG's where i get any premium pairs i get sucked out haha. im not complaining about beats its just weird. probably because all my SnG's are turbos so less flop play. if i can keep my ROI & ITM around this number after 200 ill post a HH of a game i won and a game i lost.

Very nice results, always nice to make a big profit like that!

One thing for sure though, you have definitely run hot over a small sample. A reasonable sample size is 1000+ games and there's no way anybody can sustain 60% ROI over that sample. I have played over 2,000 $27 games and my average ROI is 8.5% over that sample, and fluctuates between 8% and 12% depending on whether I'm running hot or cold.

Anyway, congratulations again and keep up your winning streak!
