    Default Reverse License Plate Lookup

    Some bitch just took out a 1 cm x 1 cm section of paint on my car and then she and her husband drove off.

    I got her license plate number. Any way I can look up their names/ contact info for free? Or should I just go talk to the insurance company or something?

    #*(&#*( #^*&^ #(*&^# *(&^# *&#^. I even came out in time to look the bitch in the eye. This is ridiculous.
