Got a string of first places recently which has been nice, especially as before I had one 1st and nine 2nds. Playing v. tight early on then push or fold when the blinds creep up, so very few properly played hands

GL. Man, i thought it was tough enough when i played the $5.50 sngs (single tabling) to clear that bonus at stars way back. How many tables at once are you doing to clear this bonus by the way?

Been comfortably 5 tabling at the moment, just had a few days off cus Ive been at girlfriends house, but now i want to quickly get the Monthly VC bonus done which should only take around 75 tournaments for $10. If I do reasonably with that ill have the roll to do $3.40 tournaments when I go back to Pstars (45+ buyins).

CLEARED: $9.92 VC Poker Monthly Bonus

Total ROI works out to be 14.55% which incs the Stars tournaments. Took a shot @ $2.40 tournaments on VC, did 28 in total, first half went amazingly was on around 35% ROI but then went 10 / 12 Out of money finishes and last tournament ended with a 1st, my ROI for $2.40 ended at about 1.5% ROI

So ill give it some more time before I try the $3.40 on Stars, especially as thats turbo so not alot of experience with it.

Yeah Chuck - I use the pokertracker software - however if u want something free try pokerdominator<dot>com ,will give you the same info and is pretty good.

At the moment im back on the Stars bonus, took a shot at the $3.40 turbos, just 1 set of 5tables, ended up $7 up but dont want to post a new update too soon after moving up a level, will give it time to settle out etc but im 70 / 500 FPP now. MIGHT clear it by the end of the month ready for the next VC monthly, depends on whether I get a good start to the $3.40s or not. If I go 5buyins down ill return to the $1.20s for a while.

Now playing $3.40 Turbos, done 30 of them so far with a ROI 47% that includes 8 OTMs in a row I had last night which was painful, my worst run so far. Im not too far off the bankroll for $5.50 but I dont think I will move up until Ive finished the bonus. Dont want to be moving up too quickly, so I will probably stick to the $3.40 till the end of the month at least and increase my bankroll requirement from 45 Buyins to 50.
