Hero is on the button with any 2 cards.

Preflop: folds to hero, who raises 4xBB. the SB folds, the BB, who is semi-loose passive, calls.

Flop: K83 rainbow, BB checks, Hero cont bets 2/3 pot, BB calls.

turn: 7 any suit. BB checks again, Hero should fire a second barrel.

If I'm called on a K high flop, I assume that any bets I make are value bets, and I do so because I expect villian to call. Personally, I'd mix-up betting and checking, regardless of my hand. This assumes that hero's rep is solid. If I've been caught bluffing than it's all value betting.
