    1. Wow. I don't think I could call unless I had no respect for villain whatsoever. Maybe I miss value on stuff like this??
    2. Fine
    3. Some of your outs are certainly dirty. Even with 15 clean outs on the flop (in oesfd cases) you are behind to a set and top 2 and barely ahead of bottom 2. I really don't like getting AI on these kinds of hands with only 1 card to come...I especially don't like calling AI
    4. (EDIT: Fnord's right about the flop call...what did you put villain on to be calling that raise?)
    5. I don't think your hand is good often enough here.
    6. Fine
    7. I fold the turn. "Maybe I miss value on stuff like this??"
Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world can write anything they want about any subject. So you know you are getting the best possible information.

    1. I do this sometimes too.
    2. Shove turn
    3. I stopped doing this and my bankroll thanked me. Others disagree with my opinion on how to play these though.
    4. You didn't have odds to catch that 2-outer.
    5. C-bet is too small, makes it harder to figure out what's he's up to. Once MP3 over-calls you're almost never good by the time the turn + river are delt.
    6. Routine if he's wreckless post-flop too.
    7. Meh. $20 on the turn and fold to a raise gets the job done.

hand 3: mmm, dont like the check raise and the turn play with out position. check call flop and take a small pot into turn. As played bad turn AI call with one to come.

Hand 1: against a loose unknown I fold.
Hand 2: I usually don't bet the turn though I can see why you did. Is it a leak to not bet this turn?
Hand 3: I bet/3bet AI (hopefully) so I don't do this to myself. As played I'd check the turn. I also fold to most big bets on the turn unless I think he'll payoff.
Hand 4: I usually fold to the flop raise because I don't think I'm ahead of his range here unless he has complete air. After that it's fine.
Hand 5: The turn call seems pretty bad with the c/r'er yet to act and MP coldcalling the bet/raise. I'd also put him in for his last ~$16 in on the river though. What would you usually do if he pushed the turn and the MP player folded the flop? I'm guessing fold. I'm still trying to get back into full ring and from what I remember usually if somebody raised the flop after a pfr when an A or K was on the board they had TPTK beaten. Has this changed alot? I usually limp after 2 limpers as well with KQo and AJo.
Hand 6: I play it the same.
Hand 7: I usually just complete pf and play from there. The way you played I could see folding the turn, you're repping an overpair and he doesn't care.[/quote]

good replies guys. here's mine looking back

    1. wtf, fold, find a better spot
    2. nh
    3. ok to mix it up, but he really likes his hand. fold to turn overbet, you are behind and dont have odds to call
    4. push turn, or at least repot
    5. fold to overcall, someone has TPGK beat, def fold turn
    6. find a better spot, but sometimes good
    7. probably beat, but due to stats possibly ok to call

of course im biased on results. you guys care to guess villains hands in these hands?

I think your analysis of your own hands is as good as anyone will give you. Listen to your own advice and you will go far
Also I don't think I'm ever folding in Hand 6 at these stakes. Too often villain has 88 through JJ more often than KK, AA, 5x.

This is an absolute horror show. Why are you building big pots with marginal hands against very little fold equity for starters?

I hate this set of hands. Running these lines against anyone more skilled than a housepet is gonna disturb you at showdown time.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

    1. short handed, right? or when tilting?
    3. yeah i dont do it often but i thought i could scare him off/didnt believe his flop bet
    4. ty, i have trouble adjusting to how agressive everyone is on the flop at party.
    5. yeah i talked myself into calling the flop reraise.. then my brain stopped working.

Not to kick you when you're down Terry but I definately have to agree with Rondavu on this one. Only nicer though

This is a very important point. When I learned to stop doing this, I found I was getting burned a lot less by my weaker yet playable hands.

    hey guys

i hit my head 2 days ago at work, most of these hands were since then. i have had some weird feelings/neurological symptoms and went to the ER. Head CT was normal, doctor diagnosed me with a concussion, so my brain is bruised/swollen. So playing idiot hands like this is a symptom of it. Im taking a few days off till i start thinking straight again.

    seriously.

but ill be ok, and should be back to normal in a few days. never had a concussion before.
