Maybe I'd change my mind if you explained your reasoning, but I don't like it at all. It looks like you're just pouncing on his weak bet when the overcard hit, and not really representing anything. The way you played the rest of the hand, it's almost impossible to believe you have a hand that the king could've helped. You deserve to get called by any ten here.

I dunno if stacks are deep enough to push him off of a decent hand here..

Fold the turn. I like the river push but I think the average 100NL player will call with a T.

If I'm villain, I call this, it doesn't look like you're really representing anything here. Without any history with villain, I wouldn't make this move, and with no prior history, villain probably assumes it's a donk river raise.

No we don't with once card to come. It's close if you factor in some implied odds buy I don't think we can get much value on the river.

the only reasoning I have to add is that i felt like he was playing scared. I didn't think he would call that reraise without better than a weak ten or middle pp because he'd put me on some king, ak, kt, or something I slowplayed.

turn was pretty borderline on call/fold. ive always been a little bit confused on implied odds here, and how exactly you figure out how much you need to win on later streets to make up for calls on the flop and turn.
