Number of BI depends on your edge somewhere between 50-100 should be fine. Dealing with aggressive villains in low buy-in HU sng's is super easy. Get your btn opening range down to 40%, min-open and get it in with pretty much any part if agression continues post.
min-raising in position with a wide range is often a good adjustment.
You can take advantage of lots of tendencies. if he habitually raises your limps, then limp/calling with a decent range becomes an option. If he c-bets too much, then call rather than 3b the top of your range and c/c it down or c/r, etc.
Most importantly: get on IRC and post some hands.
From what I've seen from most HU sgn regs, their main strategy is to play absurdly tight and just wait for their opponent to make horrible mistakes. You would think anyone with a brain could figure out how to beat them without ever going post flop, but apparently not.
