    Default Lukie's PWNAGE thread

The idea for this thread is quite simple really, post a hand where you own somebody so hardcore that it makes you laugh.

I need to give credit where credit is deserved. This thread was gabe's idea.

    g1u (2:26:28 AM): hey
    g1u (2:26:31 AM): start a thread
g1u (2:26:33 AM): in shorthanded forum
g1u (2:26:37 AM): called the pwnage thread
g1u (2:26:44 AM): and just post where you absolutely pwned someone
LuKie StyLe 3 (2:27:19 AM): great idea
    My first entry...

    From memory:

AK in late position, raised a bunch of limpers, two of them call and the flop comes down 355. Checked to me, I bet close to pot and one guy calls, turn is another 5. Check check. River 5. He bets I pooooooosh and he calls with pocket 3s. "Flopped the fullhouse.gutted" was the last words he said before leaving after having the whole table laugh at him.

    Downswinging holla!
From now on people need to stop posting hands where somebody stacks off with top two against bottom set or some other cooler situation. That isn't really "owning" somebody. I would consider owning somebody when you get them to bluff their stack off or get them to make a wild play on you or you induce them to stack off with a weakish hand. I'm tired of seeing standard hands in here, damnit!

This was tonight, both of these against same villain.

It's often a great way to get fish to grossly overplay their hand on the river though.. they often think you're bluffing or something. I like to mix it up like this if bet/bet/bet isn't have the desired effect..

Earlier I attempted a steal from the small blind, got called, cbet and got called, put him on a float and check/raised the turn and he folded. Then I typed in the chat.

So I figured if I check raised again he would think I was bluffing or had A3 or something.

also, didn't raise pf because shorty (button) was too much of a call station...

ok i guess im gonna shit all over this thread and get flamed for it. here goes.....

what is pwnage? Im not exactly sure since i'm a relative noob, but i would venture that it is when you out play your opponent.

what i see alot of in this thread (and i havent read it all) is set over set, and flopped monsters. I've even seen a major suckout... lol... proudly posted no less. if you flop a monster and get it all in on flop.... thats not pwnage, however if you flop a monster and extract the most out of it over flopturnriver well thats different... see y?

n e way nice thread.... just my 2c

Pre flop I know helt-ok will call the donk lightly so I try to get it heads up with a lot of dead money. When that fails I was able to pretty much guess his precise hand by the turn(TT or AK), so I sized my bets to milk him to the max.

    Game # 410898482 - Texas Hold'em No Limit EUR 2/4 - Table "Eibar"

    Players(max 6):
    SUPER_EKAN (EUR 527.30 in seat 1)
Prottan (EUR 132.00 in seat 2)
    gummi7 (EUR 522.25 in seat 3)
straightup (EUR 46.69 in seat 4)
    helt-ok (EUR 482.00 in seat 5)
    Cocco_Bill (EUR 695.50 in seat 6)

    Dealer: straightup
    Small Blind: helt-ok (2.00)
    Big Blind: Cocco_Bill (4.00)

Cocco_Bill was dealt: :Js: - :As:

    SUPER_EKAN Fold
    Prottan Fold
    gummi7 Call (4.00)
    straightup All-In (46.69)
    helt-ok Call (44.69)
    Cocco_Bill Raise (145.00)
    gummi7 Fold
    helt-ok Call (102.31)

    Flop - -

    helt-ok Check
    Cocco_Bill Check

    Turn - - - :Jd:

    helt-ok Check
    Cocco_Bill Bet (55.00)
    helt-ok Call (55.00)

    River - - - :Jd: - :Jc:

    helt-ok Check
    Cocco_Bill Bet (105.00)
    helt-ok Call (105.00)

Cocco_Bill shows: :Js: - :As: (three of a kind, jacks)

    helt-ok didn't show hand(mucked :Th: :Ts

Cocco_Bill wins: EUR 524.62 side pot (with three of a kind, jacks)

Cocco_Bill wins: EUR 141.07 main pot (with three of a kind, jacks)

    let me preface this.

I am noticing that there isn't much PWNing going on in many of the hands in this thread. Its pathetic. And there have been very few hands were someone was GG'd.

I obviously realize that this is a shorthanded thread, but I felt compelled to add this, because I feel that the player in this hand was both PWN'd and GG'd.
