KQs 100nl 3b pot

    Default KQs 100nl 3b pot

Opp is a TAG reg who 3bets a ton from the blinds, 17% over several hundred hands. We haven't battled postflop yet. We don't have a strong dynamic so his 5b shove range is unknown to me (most regs value shove really light rather than 5b semibluff vs me anyways) so I flat IP.

    *I have ~35% equity vs Tx/JJ+/Axhh.

I thought flatting and giving opp a chance to barrel a Q/K/heart would be better than raise/getting it in, even tho sometimes I run into AQ/AK. if you call flop do you fold to a turn barrel unimproved?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (4 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    saw flop

    Button ($138.85)
    SB ($106)
    BB ($153.30)
    Hero (UTG) ($106.25)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K, Q
Hero bets $3, 1 fold, SB raises to $10, 1 fold, Hero calls $7

    Flop: ($21) 10, 10, 6 (2 players)
    SB bets $12, Hero..

I would raise, maybe shove the flop. If he's 17% 3bet, he will have air, Ahigh here so much, it's probably profitable to rebluff him with pure air.

On the turn i would shove or fold, depending on his turn Cbet % and his bet-size.

I don't mind calling flop and shoving turn here. Our range for flatting utg has a lot of strong hands here, especially if we might slow play some big pairs to get a few more bets out of him.

Calling down and shoving/bet betting if he checks to use is also credible given how many big-ish pairs we can have here. If he's gonna triple down with like Ax A-high I'd rather shove turn then, since we can't really call K high on river.

You don't necessarily always have to think about what your hand is, but what most of your range will have that played this way. You should try to take a credible line that will balance with the rest of that range.

Raising all our nut hands on the flop allows us to play the most amount of hands profitably, i.e. air, not fds and nut hands. You should raise the flop just like you should raise the flop with AA-QQ, Tx, good fds, and some air hands.

yea i do not think enough about what my range is when I'm playing during a session, which is a huge mistake. gonna dial it down to 6 tables for tomorrow at least and concentrate harder on what my opponents perceive my range to be. they all probably have my stats at 25/20 7% 3b, which means my cbets should get lots of credit from the thinking regs like ge 00/street cow/shipopot amus

god i suck at poker. I probably need a coach!

dont you think it is exploitable to have only 77-99, JJ, and weak draws in your flatting range?
At 100bb im calling w/ your range like 90% of the time. If people double less vs that then I can float a lot. When they realize that and c/c strong hands on the turn or c/jam me THEN i start raising some flops..
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Small chance he has a 10. Even smaller chance he calls without one if you ship it. I would reraise to 32 and ship any turn that is not a 10 or 6. He instafolds.
