Default Did I play this too aggressively?

Villain is known to be very aggressive calling me down in a lot of pots and bluffing somewhat often...Should i have maybe checked the river to see if he would try to bluff at it or maybe only bet 20 or so?

I like inducing by checking on river. Turn and river scare cards will most likely scare villain away from a value bet.

Bet small and hope he spazzes out or calls with trash.

Villain rarely has air here, and almost always has some piece that he'll rarely bet on this river if checked to. I definitely think betting has more value than checking in this particular spot.

wat hands are we hoping will bet? If flop had a FD I'd be a little bit more inclined to check, but most strong draws I'd expect a raise on an earlier street anyhow.

i dislike our bet sizing on all streets pretty much.

Starts throwing his arms and legs all over the place while his head spins around and he drools at the mouth like "omg what a tiny pathetic gay bet lets raise this punk"

I will bet a lot when checked to with these cards. I like position and scare cards especially if op two barrels a lot which happens frequently in HU. Maybe it's a leak.

    hi i am new

I think you played it great, I don't think you could have gotten much more out of it.. obviously he had a strong hand and committed himself to chasing something and he missed. you played it well in my opinion

as usual when u play ur best you got some money of it, even sometimes turn and river crash everything

I like betting small on the river. He'll either call you or raise. Either way its more money than him folding.

    Shouldn't our cbets be smaller in 3b pots? I don't like betting 8 into 10. I'd rather bet 7, 18, 50

I agree. Its hard to check with all that adrenaline. However, i feel if you check here there is a good chance he will push in some money, and a raise could induce a call or a fold, but still you can get more money. Nice hand though.

hi , if i was playing this hand ,i'd bet maxim half of the pot , so that he could call or raise.

You play it right. Only the last move was to much. You had to raise something like 25 40 is to much when you first raise 6and 15. Or you had to raise earlier much. Maybe he had changes and he calls. But dont want to much if you have good good. Be happy with what you can got

I also like the way you play that got a good hand link on the flop and you know that you have an aggressive keep betting until the river with what we achieved a very good profit

no, because this flop texture is such that he'll float us with pretty much anything so I like 8 on the flop and same sizing on all streets

This hand was well played.. If i was %100 sure i was good on the river i would of bet about $23 to make it seem like im bullshi**** to get him to call and me make another $23 or him to reraise and act like he has me beat. The river bet i think was to large and proved you had a hand

It seems pretty standard. No matter the bet I'm not sure he gives you a call/bet here. I'm thinking you got just about all that you were going to get from him. He obviously had nothing & therefore your betting dictated that he likely wouldn't be able to bluff you off. Not much argument here, hand appears over no matter the bet.

Yeah he most likley missed his straight that he was drawing for or had a low pair.. Only way you could of got more out of him here is if you had checked the river and he had thought he could bluff you out of it.. But i dont think he would of bet the river anyways because you were betting quite strong on the turn
