Default can I ever call here 10nl

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    MP ($11.45)
    CO ($9.55)
    Button ($11.50)
    Hero ($20.50)
    BB ($12.05)
    UTG ($10)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T, 9.
1 fold, MP raises to $0.4, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.35, BB calls $0.30.

    Flop: ($1.20) 9, A, T (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP bets $0.8, Hero calls $0.80, BB calls $0.80.

    Turn: ($3.60) A (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP bets $1.9, Hero calls $1.90, BB folds.

    River: ($7.40) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $4, Hero folds.

    Final Pot: $7.40

I probably should have re-raised the flop and folded the turn.. but as played... call? Since I underrepped the crap out of my hand.

who is the villian is gonna be your first question. What are his tendencies etc. But in general you gotta either bet or c/r flop. This is gonna be your money street. and then your turn line is gonna be decided by what your answer to what type of player this is. His half pot bet is weird, but youre prbly folding turn.

To answer your question tho, suited connectors dont play that well oop. You might be able to argue a call here if you were both deep, but in general its hard to get value oop with them.

Pre-flop is read driven. Against some folks, this is fine, against others it's spew.

I would jam the flop hard. Lead vs check/raise is read driven.

Calling the turn is setting money on fire.

Bet/raise hard on the flop, check/fold the turn. And by the river it's a clear fold...at this point your hand isn't underrepped anymore, as retarded stuff like JT even beats you. You're never ahead here.

why call the turn...then fold the river.? Did u think you had the best hand on the turn?

C/r this flop hard. Why do u just flat?
Turn...im folding to this bet...unless you have a read that he double barrels with air alot.

lead the flop. i agree with fnord on the turn action, and fold river for sure. i dont think calling pre is a mistake necessarily. if i thought bb was a fish i would call for sure.

TBH the check call on the flop was a slowplay that obviously went horribly wrong on the river. I was hoping that by calling the turn I could evaluate the river, and if the river bet was small enough, or simply a check I could showdown for free, because I had showdown value still... (I think)

You don't need to evaluate the river, on the turn your hand is a pair of tens with a crappy kicker. If you're going to call the turn you need to have a good read that he'll be spewing air plenty of the time, and be calling the river.

And don't slowplay 2 pair. Ever. It's a very vulnerable hand. Someone had a good tagline on here. I totally forget what it was but it basically said something to the effect of, "Two pair's like a girl you pick up at the bar. Play it hard and fast and don't get married to it."

And fold preflop unless you have a good handle on the guys game. Suited connectors are way more valuable in position.

I'd call preflop against weak players and probably fold against strong ones. Bet / 3-bet all-in on the flop is probably best.

The turn call is baffling. You're drawing dead almost 100% of the time.

Regarding your comment about calling the river; in order for your hand to be "under represented," it has to be a good hand. Your hand sucks and should be folded.

The issue isn't so much that you slow-played two pair, but that you didn't fold after obviously getting outdrawn. On certain flops, I think just checking and calling with two pair is actually the best line, especially against spewy opponents.

this is your logic on this hand:
Flop: Im going to c/c the flop with two pair cause im slowplaying someone with an ace.
Turn: I'm now drawing dead to the largest part of his range, that I was setting up to make a play against on the flop, he bets, but I guess I'll just call a street cause he might be bluffing.
River: I guess hes not bluffing so I'll fold despite getting a really good price on a hand that if your calling the turn you prbly should plan on calling the river blank, despite having a very weak holding.
