Default ATo: 3 bet bwuffing vs utg open.

Villain is 17/15, but isn't very positionally orientated and opens 16% from the both UTg and MP. He folds to 75% of 3-bets over ~3k hands. So this hand is probably okay for a 3 bet bluff here since we get a lot of immediate folds and it blocks AA AK TT - some of the combos he continues with. I plan to give up a lot postflop if called and generally just not dick arouind vs a strong continuing range.

Think my turn call is pretty damn questionable and possibly awful given his range and sizing. He canhave AQ and sometimes AK here I guess, but meh I can't justify calling any river bets. Fold turn? Thoughts on pre?

If we're assuming he continues to 3 bets really tight like, idk, TT+ AQ+ or so in this spot, what is the merit of betting flop? Aren't we better c/c vs AQ or AK than betting to fold those out and lose vs the rest of his range when called?

I guess he could potentially flat more PPs pre than this idk.

if the flop were the end of the hand that would be an excellent line. Also if your range for preflop is correct and we assume he bets overpair+ on flop, you have the nuts on the turn and should raise/get it in unless he bluffs river. But in order to check-call the flop for the reasons you state you have implied his bluffing frequency on later streets is significantly less than optimal

Cool makes sense. I think he can defo check back TT as well as the weaker overpairs like JJ-QQ. Guess I can't fold turn as played though.

Is you plan to c/f blank turns if called on the flop then?
