Yes, i think i call here almost allways, cause it looks a lot like you have a pocket pair lower than Q's. Your hand is somewhat underrepped.

Also i would probably 3bet preflop.

3betting pf is fine if you have enough info on the guy... as in he folds to 3bet often or he calls and plays fit or fold postflop. A lot of "mtblr nitTAGs" do play like this.

looks like a call. with my exp with him. he tends to barrel alot if he knows your a reg and he thinks its hard for u to call.
