Just saw this. I'd actually love to do it but I don't have much playing time - it would take me months and months to play 50k hands. To get it done in any reasonable time I'd have to play like 8 tables, and that would hurt my winrate I'm sure.

Sorry all, been busy. Wife's bday and all. Still kicking ass though, got roughly 35K hands to go. Oh and Chopper didn't earn that last stack, I was trying to make a move and he was happy to make a spewy call.

thats where you are wrong. the 50k B/E is strictly because i fold too much when marginally ahead. not because i call down. i'm a nit, i tell you. if i dont KNOW its you, i find a fold in that QQ hand a lot.

but, enough about me. when's that cooler hitting? lets whip up about 8 tables, and i'll just key in on you, otay?

Dude...the FTR games are the juciest ones around. You got drew running 40/30 at -200ptbb/100, an even bigger spewmonkey than drunken me. Everyone is 'playing back' at eachother.

hell, i'm in for a 5NL FTR game. i remember those ran while Guantlet was going on last year. but, i dont think you'll see Pythonic sit in on one that has several FTR'rs on it. {bock, bock, bagoooooock} he wont take the hit to his winrate during the experiment.

and, sarbox, you cant miss a table a group of FTR'rs are sitting on if you come across one. there is so much shit talk, i feel a bit sorry for the innocent fish that dont have the common sense to leave. they usually just get pounded.

it really is fun. and, its not going to take your roll.

My bb is 13.33 over 70K hands. Gonna take something dramatic to do anything to my winrate. Not sure when we are doing this yet. What does everyone think?

he's flatlining. he is still at about 80k hands, and on pace. but, lately he has run back up to 25NL (to make some cash). he has also been sidetracked by those double or nothing SNGs. he thinks he can make more money with those.

if it goes past christmas, i'll initiate a buyout clause because i dont want to drag this out too much longer if he isnt going to keep going.

i dont want to prorate the payout because we never know how those last 20k will go. so, the negotiations will be tricky at best so no one gets screwed.

he has also lost the ability to log on to FTR from work.....where most of his free time was being spent....like a true poker degen...lol.

rofl, well I just started back up again after a short hiatus. If I see him on I'll give him a nudge to put in a few more hands.
