Default 50NL: River vs aggro station

At the time, I was playing kind of nitty (something like 17/13 for 5max), if villain was paying any attention. Villain seemed to be standard TAG, steal quite a lot and was folding to 3bet around 58% (I guess in position he would fold less).
His stack is not $50 because he lost a small pot recently.

    No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    UTG ($50.30)
    MP ($87.37)
    Button ($47.03)
    Hero (SB) ($54.04)
    BB ($113.52)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J, J
2 folds, Button bets $1.50, Hero raises $4.75, 1 fold, Button calls $3.50

    Flop: ($10.50) Q, 9, 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $6, Button calls $6

    Turn: ($22.50) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $12, Hero calls $12

    River: ($46.50) Q (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $24.03 (All-In), Hero ??

Having said that I 3bet for value as he could call with a lot of hands that are behind.
Turn I decide to let villain bluff as I would not get to much value from low PPs.
River is not a bad one and I would expect villain to check behind some. the only hands I could see him bluff would be 2 spades (and a small percentage of time low PPs). He would of course bet full houses, (he would check flushes) and maybe slow played KK+.
Due to my image, maybe the best was to c/f turn? (again, if villain pays attention, which at this level I'm not sure).

Tough spot. I think there's some merit to b/folding or even b/calling the turn if you had history with villain - there's still a bit of value to be had from 10s, flushdraws and stuff like KJ/K10 that picked up a backdoor fd on the turn. As played I think I fold river? Just seems like a bad bluff card for him and if he's capable of shoving a flush here then I think there's enough value hands for it to be a fold.
    Family Cruise IMO

Read dependent. It does seem he's leading you on hoping you'll raise and he'll shove. On the other hand, he may just be bluffing... I don't know.
