Default 50NL: funny 4bet call line

No reads on villain 'cus played only 15-20 hands. However, seemed a bit LAG.

    No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    MP ($153.20)
    Hero (Button) ($60.48)
    SB ($50)
    BB ($57.29)
    UTG ($52.07)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K, A
2 folds, Hero bets $2, 1 fold, BB raises $5.75, Hero raises $14, BB calls $9.75

    Flop: ($32.25) 4, 8, 6 (2 players)
    BB bets $11, Hero ?

    I should have 4bet to around $15 or $16.
What to do with this funny line?

your 4bet sizing is fine imo. now you should probably just fold as I doubt he's folding any pair/overpair to a shove and you only have A high

Why not just call flop/call turn?

You think he's more likely to shove over our flop raise with air than just barrel into us?

He clearly isn't bluffing so just fold. You can't be too sure that opps thought process is block bet.

That was indeed my thinking. I also think he is slightly more likely to fold 77 etc when we click it to him than if we try to float it away. I also like doing this with AA/KK if we want a balanced strategy for this spot.

Against someone solid I would just flat and give up. Against a nit just fold. Against an unknown LAG I don't see why this is terrible.

I guess nutsinho doesn't want to give his stack away with marginal hands without good reason to. He's probably good enough to fold AK high in 4bet pots with lead vs LAGs.

I'm not, but how do you exploit that? If you just flat 55 vs my 4bet pre with a plan to stack off on non AK high boards, then you give my bluffs a chance to hit AND to take it away on AK high boards.

And Rich, thank you for calling me a donkey, that really helps my game and my confidence. Good thing that I'm not on a downswing or anything.
