Villain is 18/16 3b:5.6 over ~800. Haven't seen him go out of line. I think a worse flush would probably just call river, so this would mean this is the nuts or a bluff? But for this to be a bluff, villain would need to know that I would capable of folding a flush right? Is this ever be a bluff? Can we fold to 1 combo here or do we call and chalk it up as a cooler if he has the nuts? Am I wrong for thinking that villain won't be doing this with worse (or maybe something I left out again)?

Why? You think he's capable of using Jh or Th as a blocker to the nuts and bluffing with it? He's obviously never doing this with worse for value...and our range is certainly very Ah heavy.

Mainly because we're only beat by one combo that would usually raise the flop (at least I expect a flush to raise 4 way). It's not impossible that he's turning a hand without a heart into a bluff or spazzing out with some weaker heart, he only needs about 0.5 combo's of worse to call and a 50NL player won't always play perfectly here.

I've been trying to take more time making decisions lately, so I didn't have much time bank left for the hand and ended up I timing out. I never got to see what villain had. At the time I was thinking that I would be absurdly weak for folding to 1 combo. Part of me was thinking he only needs 1 bluff for this to be a call, but I couldn't put villain on a hand that got to river and would need to bluff or expect me to fold after I'm repping super strong.

I was worried that I was overlooking something or maybe that I leveled myself into thinking of folding. So was it right to fold? It still feels super gross though =/

i dont think we have river value bet that sizing vs this villian. Only hands i see him having/playing this way that will pay off are T8hh, 87hh floped flush. What else (Thx) is he calling this flop with? I also dont think he ever calls this bet with a set
Now fold, he must be sick to be bluffing here imo, esp vs your sizing
