Default 50NL: FD + gutshot on bad turn

I was standard TAG on the table and raising a lot in position.
Villain was LAG 31/26 and aggro post flop.

    No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (4 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    UTG ($55.80)
    Button ($115.02)
    SB ($50.25)
    Hero (BB) ($50.50)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 10, 9
UTG bets $1.50, Button calls $1.50, 1 fold, Hero calls $1

    Flop: ($4.75) Q, K, 2 (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $3, 1 fold, Hero raises $10, UTG calls $7

    Turn: ($24.75) 2 (2 players)
    Hero ???

The turn is one of the worst cards 'cus if villain had a set, now we have 0 outs to win the hand. However, with a set he would most often 3bet the flop, no?
    Need a plan now ... c/f? b/c? ... ???

I don't think I would ever c/r this flop vs an UTG raiser. It hits his range fairly hard.
We are representing only pocket twos and KQ.

As played, I think you have to check this turn...the 2h is a terrible card for you.

Oh and you have one out against a boat not zero.

We can't really bet on that turn. He'll probably just ship turn with TP+.

Did you stove this? Check his utg opening range, I'm sure it's not that tight. He can have TJ here, AQ (might fold turn), some lower FDs.

General comment: With Jimmy's image these kind of plays (aggression even you don't rep much) work out a lot better for him than for laggier people because he can actually make people lay down hands, so if a semi-bluff spot is close it becomes a clear barrel for him --> Versus villains who can hand read at least.
Nine to five is how to survive - I ain't trying to survive / I'm trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot //

Can offer RB deals on most sites, PM me.

Yeah I guess really depends on UTG range

Well I'm not sure about poker terminology, but UTG means 3 behind you to act plus two blinds, right? Not the first person to act? I would call the villain a cutoff.

I feel like 50NL lags are the players you have to worry about most in terms of your opponent having an ability to hand-read. Since you should rarely, if ever, have QQ+ or AK here, you represent KQ or 22 on the flop. And 22 is way more unlikely on the turn. Since he's aggressive postflop, and there is a good chance that he can hand-read well enough, he might not feel bad about pushing light. I think as played, I like c/f.

As for the flop c/r... I guess I like it. Leading and check/calling are both gross against an aggressive opponent. But I think all of those options are viable.

@JL: villain is Co and UTG so his range is not that tight.

@Alexus: stoving it's something like 75% behind vs AQ/AK/KK/QQ/22/AJ And some fds ...

how could leading be gross against an aggressive opponent??
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I don't understand why villain's aggression is good for us leading. Can someone elaborate?

Oh, and I usually bet this but I just do it bc I think I have a lot of value, and I don't really understand the situation =P
