100NL: JJ 3b 3some

    Default 100NL: JJ 3b 3some

3bettor is a relatively unknown 26/22 with a 10% 3b over smallish sample...seemed kinda laggy end of tagg despite stack.

Opener is a reg with a fairly loose opening range, but is pretty damned tight facing 3bets, so I hammer on him a fair bit (and have been this session), but I'm not entirely positive he's adjusted yet so I flat. He still probably views me as a little laggy and at least somewhat splashy both pre and postflop. I expect his flatting range here pre to be fairly tight, but I have to discount TT-QQ at least somewhat given flop action. I don't imagine he's calling 22-66 preflop to the 1/2stack 3bettor.

    $0.50/$1 No Limit Holdem

    Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

    Stacks:
    UTG Double-A112 ($41.05)
    CO Deucely ($158.30)
    BTN Hero ($124.70)
    SB fake|bond ($113.60)
    BB Batalla7 ($51.25)

    Pre-Flop: ($1.50, 5 players) Hero is BTN
1 fold, Deucely raises to $2.50, Hero calls $2.50, 1 fold, Batalla7 raises to $10, Deucely calls $7.50, Hero calls $7.50

    Flop: ($30.50, 3 players)
Batalla7 checks, Deucely checks, Hero bets $18, Batalla7 folds, Deucely calls $18

    Turn: ($66.50, 2 players)
Deucely checks, Hero bets $36, Deucely goes all-in $130.30, $60.7 to Hero ($60.7)?

I just wanna call cuz like lol his line doesn't make sense

How does he show up here with AQo if he's "pretty damn tight facing 3bets"?

You have to be good here 27% of the time to call and I just don't see how you can be good here, ever. Is he really flatting a 3bet with AK here with you left to act behind him? It just seems like AA-TT all the time here.

    Board: 4s Th 2s 4h
    Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
    Hand 0: 71.429% 67.86% 03.57% 418 22.00 { QQ-TT, AKs }
    Hand 1: 28.571% 25.00% 03.57% 154 22.00 { JdJs }

Against a range of {QQ-TT, AKs}, we're BARELY able to call...and I even think it's a stretch that he calls w/ any AK (and may even be calling with KK+ as well to bring you, the "splashy" player with the larger stack, along).

    Snapfold.
That's how winners play; we convince the other guy he's making all the right moves.

i would not have bet the turn with these stacks and SPR left, if i wouldn`t snapcalled this allin, because i thought it would be definitely +EV vs villians range

otherwise just checkback turn and decide wether to call/fold/vbet the river

    Snap call.

Folding this is pretty crazy when he's laggy, when his big pairs will VERY likely 4bet vs a squeeze and when a very likely hand that we would be worried about generally (set of T's) would flat on this turn some percentage of the time.

    As p4's said, snap call.

nobody feels like 4-betting for value pre?
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

oh and yah I would probably do this. Feel like laggs often convince themselves you have AQ or something here, and are capable of shoving 99-TT sometimes.

This depends on the opener I suppose, and his tendency to flat QQ+ here. Some regs never flat those hands here, with a player behind.

if you do 4bet, we call the 5bet shove?

I would never 4bet and NOT call a 5-bet shove. Our hand might as well be a bluff then, who needs JJ, can just do the same thing with 72o here then.

Again, this is mostly cause the 3bettor seems laggy, and we'll probably have enough fold equity/dead money to call this off overall. If he's tight then I like calling pre.

I just reread the hand and I think you should absolutely 4bet pre. Something like 27 and get it in.
