Default 100nl - facing small turn raise

Villain 23/18/1 over 110 hands, real low fold to turn cbet. The hand before, he called in the SB, I cbet a rag board with TPWK+GSD, he raised, I called, he donked pot on the turn and I folded.

    WTF is he repping here?

    No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Button ($229.75)
    SB ($106.50)
    BB ($95.15)
    Hero (UTG) ($178.10)
    MP ($119.40)
    CO ($110.20)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 9, 9
Hero raises $3, 1 fold, CO calls $3, 2 folds, BB calls $2

    Flop: ($9.50) 6, 6, 3 (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $7, CO calls $7, 1 fold

    Turn: ($23.50) K (2 players)
Hero bets $16, CO raises $38

33/67s would make more sense than a king because it was 3 handed on the flop so I wouldn't float AK 3 way especially since sometimes BB calls and it's really shitty to try to bluff the turn in a multiway pot

well idk if 67/56 are calling in his position but 33 makes sense... basically he's repping a super-narrow range and i'm wondering if people think i have enough info on him to do anything other than fold.

Beluga Theorem: When you get raised on the turn on a really dry board, your TPTK/overpair-type holdings are no good.

Although maybe he thinks he can push you off again.

what do you mean what is he repping? he's obviously representing 6x or better, and he just has a badly played monster almost every time.

turn seems like an awful card to bet w/ our hand

Yeah fold, But I almost always bet this turn. Villain almost never has Kx, so I'd bet it for value here. Obviously fold if raised.

K is a scare card, if villain knows you know this you get looked up a lot lighter and can get 3 streets of value from 77/88. (depending on your image, and villains calling tendencies of course, but I definitely like a bet in this situation.)

spenda if we check the turn for the reasons u imply then it seems like c/f +bet any river for value would be our line w/out a read. this is a line that tends to get looked up less lightly than if we just barrel the card we are expected to barrel on the turn. betting is a better line also because then we dont need to c/f air on this turn as often.
