    Default 10/20 HU tjbentham

Tjbentham is playing super aggro. Fourbetting and threebetting uber light. However, at this point it seems he has adjusted to me by minraising preflop and pretty much calling my threebets 80% of the time. I have been threebetting pretty light. I mean my reasoning here is he just has so many bad hands in his range when he calls pre i could imagine him small raising here to get me off air a decent amount. Fold or shove seems like the only legitimate option. Anyone check the flop? Any thoughts on optimal threebet sizes pre?

    i usually 3-bet a little bigger.

Seems like the only play is to fold. Maybe checking the flop is beetter?

I'm obviously new to HU cash so take this for what its worth, but I feel like I tend to play more to the described villians style so I kind of have a statement and a question... If his range is practically any 2 cards isn't it near impossible to know where villian is after the flop OOP? And I usually do this as well and it seems like you agree feel villian can be raising this flop with air a lot considering he has position and might hope he can take it down right here if he missed.

That being said, a strong hand for villian is simply a pair of tens I would think... and i don't know villians stacking off freqency however with the 3 diamonds out there I feel villian might call a shove?(because of the possibibility you are semi-bluffing and how much is already in the pot) I just feel like you wouldnt be in that bad of shape if he did call the shove considering his range is so wide, and i would think hed view k 10 as a monster. And if he was raising with air, you take this thing down right here.

i know krantz mentioned if someone adopts a minraising preflop strategy you can 3bet to a size that wud be equivalent of 3betting a standard btn open.

its probably incorrect to continue 3betting light alot, theres prob a ton of value in playing postflop when he minopens. however you need to be careful to not begin to play passive fit or fold poker then vs him, c'r plenty of boards.
