    I wouldn't 3bet this particular player (not folding to 3bets) with this hand.

    As played, pretty easy fold. He can have lots of boats that would play this way too, K9, 99, JJ, KJ. Might even have hands like AJ/QQ that could play like this.

    Do you think the turn c/behind weakens, strengthens or doesn't change his range?

    I'd guess the turn check behind removes a lot of air form his range, also discounts the top hands in his range somewhat, given the SPR ratio and board texture

    Even more reason to fold, is that given your line your entire range is either snap folding or hero calling. So his entire value betting range here could be comfortably shoving, given that you would have bet a strong portion of your range on the turn or river.
