    OK so my thinking here is that villain's line makes no sense. That's a pretty wet flop and I think if villain has a set he probably 3bets me, he probably 3bets me w/ a straight as well. So when he calls, then c/r AI on a blank turn, I just don't know what he's trying to rep and it doesn't make much sense to me. I guess he could have KK+ and maybe AQ and he thinks he's ahead w/ all draws bricking on turn.

    Thoughts?

    It depends on what he thinks you have, and therefore decide not to 3-bet you on Flop. If he thinks you have a queen, then he probably don't want to scare you away, but a set of Ts or 8s is very unlikely. Could he be so crazy sitting with AhQh, semibluffing, as he must know that you are ahead, the way you bet it? Tough hand

    I think we're calling here. We don't really have QQ or TT in our range here and we very well may 3bet 88. Whether you do or not is irrelevant because he doesn't have a sample on you. So villain can feel quite confident doing this quite wide. We also don't block any top pair hands, block two pair and sets. There are also plenty of draws villain can be playing this way be it flush draws, straight draws or a mix of both.

    How are you getting on against all sets, straights, all 2 pair combos, KK+, AQhh, KQhh, KJhh, KQhh, AKhh? Maybe throw KJcc in there as well.

    My original point was that I didn't think villain had many, if any, sets and straights in his range when we get to the turn. His line looks pretty strong to me, but doesn't really make much sense.

    The board is certainly draw heavy enough that he could be jamming a draw, or he can put you on a draw and be jamming worse for value. Definitely call.

    Makes plenty of sense really...

    I'd be more concerned about this than facing a 3bet on the flop

    Depending on how you play your ranges in theory you may be able to fold this

    I don't know, I can go either way on this. I think it's very player dependent. Certainly some ppl will call KQ+ OOP on flop just to get it in on any safe turn card.

    Others will peel KJhh/AJhh/AKhh/8xhh with the intention of c/bombing a heart turn.

    Need about 31% to call here.

    equity win tie
    Hand 0: 58.95% { QQ+, TT, 88, AhKh, AQs, AhJh, KQs, KhJh, QTs, J9s, 9h8h, AQo, QTo, Q8s, Q8o, J9o }
    Hand 1: 41.05% { Td8h }
