Rgr what ensign says...YOu shouldnt be scared of anything either way. This is a relatively drawless board, just bet, and keep gutshots out.
It's easy. I'm rich, I like gamb0ling I call, I'm p00r, cant afford 2 gamb0l, I fold.
Yup, that sucks. I suppose your preflop raise could have been upped a bit, that's all I can see.
I disagree. Your question is how can you make more money out of this? Well, assuming you are sure that you are ahead this hand without fear of him sucking out, (IE you don't think he has a lower PP)...
Yeah..wtf is going on? The first hand I probably wouldn't make a disgustingly large overbet with trips tk...then on the next pot, who tells you ace high is good? Do you ever raise preflop?
Yeah, I kinda guarentee you were beat.
Sorry, forgot to mention, do you call or fold or how do you play differently?

Umm....This is easy fold fold for me. First hand, he is showing some hesitance, which may mean AJ just became very g00t for him. Second hand, no, why would you pay off the straight, on the flop,...
Umm..why the fuck does he fold there? Maybe he's a moron who thinks thought the could bluff the ace or better out with his KK.
If he has the 5 or any 2 pair he's a moron and you'll make it back. Looks like AK to me or a very loosely played AJ/AQ.
yup, people love em' suited connectors.
ace ten he has.
Erm?
1st hand, I would min-raise the flop to see if he feels like calling. That way, when you check the turn it makes you look like a weak bluffer.
I put him on AJ type of hand. I think AQ would have reraised, but given the preflop raise, I think AJ is appropriate. If he flopped the straight he would likely have bet the turn to somehow build...
Meh who knows. Set is possible, or a really loose play with 97 ( if 97 played that hand). Many players like to get all their money in with a strong draw, so maybe like 86 s is a possibility.
Well...if he had say Queen weak kicker and assumed he was beat, that's where you pay off the 2.55 into a huge pot. However, if I was on a flush draw ( I don't chase like that, either push or fold, no...
Rgr that...why feed 40 dollars more just to fold? That was 40 dollars thrown down the drain. Wouldn't you rather have just saved 40 dollars rather than fish for a 2 outer jack on the turn?
I think fold, only because you were not the raiser preflop. If you had reraised preflop, and weeded out JQ or KJ possiblities, then yes, I would call, but the odds of someone having ace ten or that...
General rule being that if you are the agressor preflop and sense some weakness, try to exploit it. Bet the flop like you hit it, and you'd be surprised what some people fold.
Way to go!
Yeah, it looked like he put you on AK on the flop, and tried to take it from you right there, as most people who push preflop, push the flop. It is possible that he had QQ, but for some reason, JJ...
