if he is indeed bad, I call.
Because he might be bad enough to call a shove too often and bad enough to make this bet with a hand we beat often enough.

This is weird. Feels like a set or busted club draw, but a set wouldn't shove that river would it? Just the fact that he played it so weird and he might be tilting/a donkey i call.
I think this really really depends on ur 3bet/cbet frequency. If u cbet (almost) every 3bet pot it would be +EV for him to raise with any draw/pair.
Since i do both a lot I would call this. The...
Wow. Ok so i am reasonably new here but i play this game and these levels for a few years now. And i post 'advice' to get feedback as well.
I don't post to 'teach' other players, i read and post...
oh yeah and what redzilla said: raise more preflop. I don't like a flop raise here though.
fistpump snapfold.
dude it's a set
That draw heavy board makes me wanna call. Besides if the short stack is the one with the set you are good for the sidepot. Yeah f it i call.
Uuh... yeah why 4bet light a guy that 'never' 3bets?
Or are you just saying rep aces all the way down preflop and hope they read that and fold?
1) Played it good, you might get a called by an overpair here though but this makes u so hard to read. Like it.
2) b/f turn. He has any pair over 99 or a 9 he'll call u on the river. Well i would....
Yah shove all day, that way it looks much more like AK. But i am gonna commit anyday preflop here.
Besides if you just call an A is gonna flop like 85% of the time...
of course AK is a fold here. It's like a SA/WB situation... No way that's profitable in the long run... But as for the JJ my first reaction was snapcall, then it was snapfold and now i am lost too.
...
in my experience this is a bet designed to make flushes call. I snapfold.
I'd say move on to the next hand and seeing the hands before the hand in question you'll take everything and more...
Since i have been reading sauce's guide to 6max i have been 3betting a lot more preflop. And i get the idea this is generally what most players on here consider the way to go.
Still have problems...
I'd bluff a turn K, so i'd bet it too... but as played not that bad. River is easy fold ofc.
Also yeah 3bet more pre.
yes bet flop is way better to get the money in than c/r or c/c.
Oh yeah and of course don't forget to do the whole fistpump thing.
Yeah easy call. If he has a freak str8 or QQQ so be it. But it looks like aces a lot.
lol sweet... think Sauce had FE in hand 2?
Uuuhm he would try to bluff u off QQ/JJ but not shove AK?
What line would he take with AK? Are you guys saying he can't have that cause he'd 4bet pre?
Might be a typo but do you mean as good as...
Exaclty. It's like saying: "hey guys i am gonna play Blackjack for a while" and then get ticked off cause we say it's a dumb idea.
Might work, might not, but don't you think you've got something better to do than staring at a screen clicking one of two buttons based on the cards u have without your game actually progressing?
...
Hmmm, surely he puts u on a K but really what do u beat here? Think he shows up with a K here far too often to make it a call.
Let alone easy call. I fold.
Ya shove. Sooo many draws hit this board and AK missed (on which he might put you).
I believe this was the first time he 4-bet me, but the table was 4-handed and we were blind battling, so this made me wonder.
He had been fairly aggressive and trying to run the table over, with 2...
I usually cbet this for 1/2 to 2/3 pot and if called, bet turn only if in pos, checked to and no spade comes. Else try to play a mid-sized pot.
But in any case i play the flop like i would AQ.
