come out come out where ever you are
+1
hand 1: i would read too much into the bet sizing, you bet pretty small when checked to. And yeah sets up good stacks for river. I'd probably fold turn without a read putting him on boats mostly....
Yeah okay that all makes sense.
AQ(6) AK(8) AA(1) 88(3) 99(3)
What about TT-KK; theres 23 combos, which is huge.
Do you think an unknown mostly checks back here with these?
Either way i dont...
Yeah i tihnk i like a lead here. Assuming you like a c/c with stronger pairs because he'll bet a few times on these boards with Ax etc? (which makes c/c medium ones worse)
Interesting, i...
why do you have to plays in this spot?
Why?
We think his range is narrow pre, and his calling range on the flop is pretty narrow & strong?
Just checking up on a fairly common spot.
Villain is 21/15/ 3b 12% over 110 hands
Is also multitabling
Hero running 21/16/ 3b 7%
What range are we betting on the turn?
We open wide, cbet...
I usually play FR, but this hand is 6m
UTG is a known reg: 25/20, 3b 9.3%, cb 80% over only 130hands
SB is a fish : 37/11
I think i usually c/c in these spots, but it ends up icky a lot. On...
Fold if he doesnt barrel much and our range is narrow - we're not too near the top of our range
1 id fold flop unless we know he's light on flop a lot. preflop stats seem pretty passive
if he is, its a good hand to make a stand with. if we call turn, calling river - his value range is not...
im bettin 3 streets
i bet, we're betting the river with a reasonable amount of missed draws and he has a decent amount of bluff catchers
shouldnt we c/c the turn and c/c a lot of rivers? only reason to shove is to collect the dead money but his range is pretty weak on the flop, and he seems aggressive so will prob bet rivers
yeah i guess but without any read on their 3betting frequencies, i wasnt sure a unknown would fold enough
risking 175 to win pot of 280 so it needs to work 62.5%
actually is probably fine
so...
i think cold 4betting without a particular reason to is why we're lost on the flop
+1 except i think its not unlikely he has a draw which picked up equity on the turn
Agree with Alexos's thoughts on not flatting too wide pre without initiative.
I think on the flop both raising and calling are EV+. I think i tend to go with a call on the flop with most of our...
i 3b flop small cos most of his range is Qx
yeah agreed, tough foldin a straight tho:(
yah, ur right theres not many hands that dont have SD value which he can blfuf with
Yeah i dont think we can ever shove as a bluff. I havent got any particular reads on the hands he 3bets or how wide c/r's. Interesting though, i dont think i fully thought about what hands he was...
I had seen him open to 5x pre once before, i agree if he hadnt its an easy flat. I think pre was thin, but i dont think its terrible. Like we'd reraise TT pre, so it cant be too bad?
Id...
Villain is 48/18 over 75 hands.
Pre was for value as i assumed he'd open and call with a tonne
Flop again for value
Turn i think he has a few SD's, some with pairs, a few FDs, A high floats,...
Villain is 21/15, 3bets 6% (ip mostly) over 600 hands
Fold to cb 60%
We're 150bb deep.
I run 19/16 5% 3b, barrel 70/40
I feel pre his range is reasonably wide given our depth
Turn i dont...
Villain is 17/15 over 122, has been restealing a lot, and is multitabling.
I flat pre because i felt his 3b range was super wide, but wouldnt ship super light without a read.
Think flop is fine...
